Its exceptionally nice, central location was a plus. Easy access to Carpiquet airport, which was about 15 minutes' drive away. We booked apartment for 3 nights and had a such great stay.

Well, Wi-Fi was bad.

I had a fantastic stay at City Affaire : Hotel De Ville in Caen. The location was perfect, right in the center of downtown. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, making my stay very comfortable.

Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the door being jammed on the first day and the lack of English-speaking staff, these were quickly resolved by another guest and the hotel's helpfulness in providing a fan.

We loved having our own private bathroom and the convenience of a microwave. As a young family, we felt right at home in this comfortable and well-equipped space.
